Position: Outside Sales Champion
Description: A leader in making connections, networking, uncovering solutions requirements, and establishing business relationships. 100% commission, but there is long term residual income attached to this effort and the value you bring to the client and your company comes with a bonus plan commensurate with production. A full compensation plan is available for those who present an outstanding level of service.
Requirements: You've got a history (2-3 years) of understanding technology, but not deploying it, however you're well versed in the language of consultative selling, finding pain-points for clients and filling their needs with outstanding IT services. You understand marketing through web search engines, as well as understand in person networking through a chamber of commerce or a business society. Follow up is your language. You are a hunter and you're client needs your services. All of this is tempered with maturity, honesty and integrity. You are the primary interface to your client, however, you don't mind being 2nd seat when a client needs technical information. You're a champion gatherer, because your clients want to pay you for services. They know that trust is two ways, and you reinforce the values you bring by fearlessly contacting your clients who sometimes stall on their obligations. You can negotiate with them or their staff regardless of their account status. They are your friend and business partners.
You are capable of bringing a 20+ hour week to the table and can operate as an independent contractor. You have a reliable car with insurance. You can pass a drug screening if necessary. You can travel (locally within Los Angeles and Orange County) to your clients offices for presentations or closing a deal. You must pass a behavioral screening with appropriate strengths for the needs of the company.
